How to Apply

Rangeview Private Nursing Home provides low and high care permanent residential care and low care respite care.
To apply for care you must have a current aged care assessment completed.  This can be obtained by a referral from your doctor or from other health professionals.

The Aged Care Assessment Team will visit you in your home, assess your current needs and advise you if you are eligible for care and what level of care you are eligible for.

The assessment team will complete an Aged Care Client Record (ACCR) which is submitted to Medicare and they will provide you with a copy of this.

You are welcome to ring Rangeview Private Nursing Home and make an appointment to come out and meet our staff to discuss your needs for accommodation and have a tour of our facility.  You can bring family members with you, if you wish, and discuss any questions you have on living in our facility and on the fees and charges.
